As a flower, eases it's way through the sidewalk, i see it ... it's color, possesses the town, creating all the by-standers, to frown ... as i walk up to it gracefully, there's nothing more, ive got to find a way oh ... there's nothing more, ive got to find a way, out. these thorns are protected by a layer, a layer of dust ... theses thorns are protected by the sidewalk. as i (as i) walk up (walk up) to it (to it) gracefully im stopped (stopped) and astounded (astounded) by it's thorns. as i walk up to it gracefully, im stopped and astounded by it's thorns oh no |
